Hey,

When it comes to your underwear choice, the best thing to do is go for loose fitting knickers that are made from natural materials like cotton.

Anything tight or synthetic can actually cause thrush, or cause you existing symptoms to worsen.

Go with big loose granny style pants for the time being. I know they're ugly, but they'll help.
